This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the minimum required age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. comel33 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend any account suspected of belonging to an underage user.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you as the user and comel33 as the platform operator. Any representations, whether oral or written, that conflict with these Terms will not be recognised unless confirmed in writing by comel33.
Each user is permitted to register one account only. Multiple accounts created by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without any refund. You are fully responsible for ensuring that the registration details you provide are accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. comel33 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to safeguard your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact comel33 customer support immediately via email at [email protected].
Comel33 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time using any method it deems appropriate. Users who fail to provide satisfactory verification within the specified timeframe may have their accounts temporarily restricted or permanently closed.
As a comel33 platform user, you agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the platform's integrity, security, or reputation. This includes, but is not limited to:
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure without prior notice. comel33 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending the outcome of an investigation.
All financial transactions on the comel33 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted payment methods include FPX via Malaysian online banking and TNG eWallet. comel33 is not responsible for any additional charges that may be imposed by your bank or a third-party payment provider.
Deposits are credited to your account once payment confirmation is received from the payment service provider. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, you should contact customer support with proof of transaction. Withdrawals will be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same name as your comel33 account.
Comel33 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Withdrawals suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering may be held pending investigation. comel33 reserves the right to cancel or decline any transaction suspected of violating these Terms or applicable law.
Comel33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical errors, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control. The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding its continued reliability.
Comel33 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, breach of terms, suspected fraud, inaccurate registration details, suspicious activity, or at the request of a competent authority. In cases of closure due to a terms violation, account balances may not be returned, depending on the outcome of the investigation. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support.
All content on the comel33 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the property of comel33 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from comel33.
The comel33 platform may contain references to third-party services or providers. comel33 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Comel33 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest Terms. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through comel33's internal procedures and, if necessary, through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. By using the comel33 platform, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any related claims.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be interpreted as closely as possible to the original intent, while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
